All orders received before 2:00pm Monday to Friday Italy time are shipped the same day. If the purchase is made

Weekends and holidays we do not process orders.

Free shipping from 50 ?. Orders under 50 ? cost 7 ?.

Delivery time between 3-5 days.


Free shipping from 200 ?. Orders under 200 ? cost 20 ?.

Delivery time between 5-10 days.

USA, Canada, Mexico

Free shipping from 300 ?. Orders under 300 ? cost 25 ?.

Delivery time between 3 and 15 days.

 Rest of the world

Free shipping from 500 ?. Orders under 500 ? cost 50 ?.

Which company will deliver my order?

We work with DHL for international shipments. For Venezuela we can send by Liberty Express.

International Shipping

For international shipments the delivery is made according to the country of destination between 7 days and a maximum of 12 working days. Please look up the destination country in our table for shipping conditions and costs.

If you have any doubts about the country you would like us to send the products to, please contact us and we will inform you if there is any way we can send them to your destination.

Non-EU shipments

If your order is to be shipped to a country outside of the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges of customs laws. We ship your package via Incoterm DDU («duties and taxes unpaid»), i.e. we take care of delivering your package to the place of delivery but we do not take care of any customs charges or local taxes if necessary.

The person to whom the package is addressed is responsible for all customs costs

We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.

How do I track my order?

After payment you will receive a purchase confirmation. Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from the carrier that your order has been sent and where all the instructions to check it and track your order in real time from the carrier’s website are detailed.

We will do our best to deliver the order on time, however it is not a guarantee and we are not responsible for delays due to reasons beyond our control or ‘force majeure’.

What do I have to take into account when I receive my order?

You must check the packaging very well and verify that it is in perfect condition before signing the guide. In case of evidence of a fault in the packaging, do not receive the product or sign the guide, as you could lose the right to claim
